Woodside May Day Parade - 2002
| The Woodside May Day Parade was well attended and the spectators enjoyed the Band's performance. After the parade, a fine luncheon was served at Rossotti's. Because we were so close to the Band's ancestral home (Los Trancos Woods), it was decided that we should visit our birthplace after the luncheon and "march around the circle," as we did on the day of the Band's conception, January 1, 1960. |
Here is the Band on Los Trancos Road
in Los Trancos Woods.
Some of the band's co-founders lived
here in 1960, although the original mail box has been
replaced with a new one.
Speaking of replacements, the old
cabin we lived in has been replaced, too.
